Special Effex Came to life in 2005 and since then we have resurfaced, epoxy coated, and acid stained over one million square feet of concrete surfaces.
Garage floors, Basement floors, Sidewalks. Pool Decks, Porches, Driveways, Trailers, Pontoon Decks, Industrial Buildings, Commercial Buildings, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Living rooms, Bedrooms, just to name a few. There is not a surface that we can not resurface with one of our systems. We can coat over wood, tile, marble, concrete, vct, carpet glue to name a few. We have developed systems that can be installed in any room of your home, upstairs or down, inside or out.
We only use the best possible products and I can assure you that we will not cut corners on any aspect of our work. Special Effex may not be the least expensive but we do not cut corners or substitute product to cut our cost. Special Effex is a family owned business and all of our employees are trained and certified in all of our systems. Special Effex is also the only company in our area that specializes in Epoxy Coatings, Acid Stains and Dyes, and Concrete Resurfacing, making us a one stop shop for a variety of flooring options. All of our textures are done by hand as this is an art form to us and you will not see us using a stamp for a certain texture.
